Ingredients
- Marzipan (white; it’s up to you if you add brandy to it as well)
- Green food colouring
Method
First, cut the marzipan in half and colour one half a strong, vibrant green.
Next, (after washing your hands well) with the white marzipan form into small balls.
Next, take small pieces of the green marzipan and roll flat. Form the flattened bits of green marzipan around each white ball.
When they’re all completed, admire, and then store in jars.
