Geoff’s Pasta

Ingredients

Pasta

Olives

Capers

Herbs (fresh is best, but you can use dried herbs if you prefer) – basil is traditional, but mint makes an interesting change

Olive oil

Black pepper

Method

Cook the pasta.

Drain.

Stir in a bit of oil, the capers and olives and the herbs.

Scatter on a few crushed peppercorns.

Eat it. It’s that simple.
