- Noodles, one ‘nest’ per person
- Cooked vacuum packed chestnuts, chopped
- Smoked tofu, chopped
- Dark soy sauce
- Fresh chives, chopped
- Fresh chilli, chopped
- Spices such as Baharat, or an Oriental spice mixture
- 2tsp smoked paprika
- Olive oil
- 2tsp brown sugar
Cook the noodles first in the stock.
Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.
